What we collect
The audit request and contact forms collect only the information you choose to provide: name, email, company, role, website (optional), the context you share, timeline and budget (optional). We do not track visitors with third-party analytics beyond what is strictly required to operate the site.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, scope a potential engagement, and — where relevant — deliver the audit, signal engine, briefing system or dossier you commissioned. Your submission is treated as confidential.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Consent, and pre-contractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Retention
Submissions that do not result in an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the mandate and the period required by applicable professional, tax, and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data processors used to operate the site (hosting, database) act strictly on our instructions and under confidentiality.
Your rights
